Dinner is eaten by most people between 5 o’clock and 7 o’clock in the evening. It is often the largest meal of the day. The size of the meal might be the only thing people get right about the meal. It has always been the main meal of the day, but it used to be eaten around 1 o’clock in the afternoon! The other meals in the morning and evening were usually light snacks. It makes sense to fuel your body while you still need to use the energy, but the modern workday doesn’t schedule enough room for dinner time.
